Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 60 days of delivery
  • Be unused, uninstalled and in new condition
  • Show no signs of wear, damage or outdoor use
  • Include all original parts, accessories and instructions
  • Be returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

Before returning an item, please contact us and include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • Your reason for the return

Once your request has been approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send an item back without prior authorisation, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted or processed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Any original delivery charges, where applicable, are non-refundable. Please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account after the refund has been processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the problem and provide an appropriate solution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately.

We begin processing orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will be possible. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with this returns policy.
